Symptoms He has had hemiplegia for 3 months as his pulse was hard blood was taken from him & then to take the Vol. Alhol. It came on without any pain except a small pain in his foot & in 4 days after he was taken very ill. Tis singular that he should be sometimes on one side & sometimes on the other & not constatly on the same as is in Hemiplegia.

Symptoms Coachmans Subject to the gout, about 11 days ago in the eveng while fitting on his box he found himself extremely cold all of a sudden which lasted by times for 3 days before that time he had been effected with a Catarrh but not violent & without expectr on the 4th day after his seizure a cough took place [?] wth uneasiness in his right side & pain in his head after the coldness went off y 2 days ago had an attack of the gout & now an inflamn has attackd his Eyes. Now whether is this a [?] fever, or gout, the absence of headache, a good appetite & no [? & being capable of muscular excution in these that tis no fever fit an inflammation.
