This Division first commanded by Gen Longstreet
then by Gen Pickett thereby Gen Hood last by

the 3rd Battalion 4th and 5 Regt was consolidated and
formed 5th Regt commanded by Col Asburry Coward
the 6th Regt and Sharpshooters was recruited by the
