Cocoa nut Cakes

1 pd of Cocoa nut grated fine
& dried 1 pd white Sugar - the
whites of 2 Eggs well beaten,
mix all together with a spoon
Bake them on a sheet of white
paper about 5 minutes

Sponge Cake
1 cup Flour
1 do Sugar
4 Eggs, 1 Lemon
very little Soda

Common Jumbles
1 cup Butter, 2oz Sugar
1 cup sour Milk, 1 teaspoonful Soda
1 Egg, half Nutmeg grated
Flour enough to roll out.
