Prune Whip - [[Sears]]
1 ½ cups cooked prunes
2 slices pineapple
1 ½ cup combined prune & pineapple juice juic
½ tbsp. gelatine
9 marshmallows
½ cup whipping cream
½ tsp vanilla
Pit prunes & cut in pieces. Cut
pineapple into small juices.
Soften gelatine in ¼ cup fruit
juice, heat remaining juice to boil-
ing & dissolve softened gelatine in
it. Cut marshmallows into pieces.
Whip cream & add vanilla. When
gelatine begins to set, combine
fruit & marshmallows with whipped
cream. Chill.
