A. Things seen spiritually always seem to be seen in a natural way.

Q. Have you ever seen any one who will not taste of death? A. I have never, for death, or what you call death, which is really a new birth, comes to all created things.

Q. Did not Christ say that some should not taste of Death? A. He said this dispensation should not pass, and no dispensation has ever passed that has not brought God very near to mankind

Q. Can you see our friend Mrs Y. also has just died? A. I cannot, but I can see that you are thinking of her. Her state like that of all newly born souls is one of content.

Q. "Courage" said, What happiness! A. Happiness is a more active state and no one just entering the spiritual world is ready for an active state.

Q. What is our first condition there?

A. One must learn to live in the spirit world as the infant learns in this physical life. At first all are received as little children but afterward it is different. After you assert your individuality and you seek what you desire - if good you seek good - but if not you seek evil - Death does not change you, you bring with you always yourself, or character.

Q. Can you tell us what you think of this new belief called Theosophy? A. That is not need, or it should not be, for Theosophy is God's wisdom and you have had ample light

Q. (Dr P.) Is not spiritualism a high order of religious faith? A. Do you call faith in anything less than God Himself a religious faith?

Q. (Dr. P.) about some materializations - ? A. They were not pure spirits, at least the occasion must have been very unusual if they were. I do not know much about

the things that are done in the lower spiritual world, but I do not think they are ever of much value and do not know how you could determine if they were phantoms or some lower order of creation. Do they tell you of things you do not know yourself and are those things of any real value to you?

Q. (Dr. P.) Yes. A. Then if that is so, they are of use to you and are good spirits.

Q. Have pure spirits ever returned in visible form? A. They have done so, but only under the most unusual conditions.

Q. Has Christ ever come to this earth since his resurrection and ascension? A. Christ comes to the earth continually but is only visible to pure spirit.

Q. Has [he?] ever come in a material form? A. Never.

Q. Are Christ and God the same? A. Christ is the highest manifestation of

the great Unseen One possible to man No man has seen God, but as Christ had revealed Him. To man in his present condition, God is above all that man can possibly conceive of.

Q. Is it right to worship Christ? a. Man is right to worship his highest conception of the Divine, for else he could not worship at all. Thru' Christ, that is thru' the love of God brought within man's comprehension God made the world. If you worship God at all, you must worship some intelligent conception of Him and you can have none without giving him a personality.

Q. Are we to understand that God and Christ are the same? A. You are taught in the Bible Book, that "My Father is Greater than I" You have also learned that in the End all things shall be delivered up that God may be All in All.

Q. What does All in All mean? A. That God may be in all creation and all creation in Him. It is the surrender of matter to spirit.
