PM hauld more to the East at 5 PM handed main sail
and put one reef in the top sailes brig heading south &c
at [7?] PM handed jibb and clost reef the top sailes the
last part nearly A calm brig steering in for the land
Lat by Obs 37.22. North Long by Cro 26° 17 West
so ends this long day

All theas 24 hours light winds from the South and clear
weathear at 5 AM made the land at 9 AM Cap went on shoar
and took the hiard man at 2 PM 12th day returnd with william
martin and Barny Blake Cooper Absance 6 Day from Brig Leonidas

and rainy at 2 AM windes shifted to the West woar ship
and keep brig S at 3 AM. sot jibb main sail and turnd one
reef out fore top sail the last part more modrate
and clear at 6 AM turnd the reef out and
