I am the

[60?] [illegible] 2 mo, & 18 days [at?] 125. per mo. Said Agt-
[illegible] [illegible] [illegible] made to me by Mr N.
[illegible] for which [illegible] him to cash. Some 6 [illegible]
[illegible] [illegible] [name] represented to me that his
[illegible] [illegible] all [seen?] allowed and that he [illegible]
[illegible] [illegible] [illegible] a draft from Washigton in
[illegible] Mr N. has him for Mexico and I am
[illegible] [of?] [ascertaining?] if a dft [draft] was forwarded to
[illegible] from Washington in settlement of his affairs
[illegible] order that I may commence a civil suit
