Article 22nd The Standing Committee may appeal from
the decision of the President to the Society, giving
the reasons for the measures by them adopted, and
the written objections of the President to the same,
and the appeal shall be considered as sustained,
when approved by two thirds of the members
present.

Section 4th

Duties of the Members

Article 1th No person shall criticise any performance of
the members unless he holds the office of
Editor of the Mirror or be appointed by the
President to perform the duties of critic.

Article 2nd Persons rising to speak shall in all
cases address the presiding officer.

Article 3rd Any member entering the meeting after the
calling of the roll, shall be liable to a fine
of six and a quarter cents; and those members
who are not present to perform their parts
at the regular hours shall be fined twenty five
cents in addition to the fine for tardiness.

Article 4th Whenever a member having an appointment
shall neglect to prepare himself or to provide
a substitute, he shall be fined the sum of
twenty five cents.

Article 5th Any member absenting himself from the
meetings of the Society, shall be liable to a fine
