My dearest wee Mother

Nan & I were glad to get your kind letter last
night. We dined alone, as Susie went to dine with
her mother who had just arrived from Munich. Nan is
going to see Maud to-day. I have very little in the way of
news. Cousin Countess Wenlock has given us a fine picture which
will be hung in the dining-room, &, I believe a picture for the
front drawing-room. It is cold raw March weather
