were pretty certain now

Will you tell Walter that Parkside would be very glad
to get the MS. of his "Wellington" as soon as possible. Sir Hugh
Lane is back in this country now & I hope to get him to
look at Walter's picture very soon. Tell Walter he must sign
the English Ulster Covenant.
