Know all men by these presents that I Needham Lee
of Shelby County, State of Alabama, in consideration
of the sum of one hundred and seventy dollars to
me paid in hand by Thomas Bailey of Shelby County
State of Alabama, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge being in full for my part or parts of
the State of Alabama Estate of Mary Lee deceased
Hawkins County State of Tennessee, and by this
instrument, I my heirs, executors, administrators
relinquish all my right and title to Thomas Bailey
his heirs, executors, adminstrators whereunto I have
affixed my name and seal this second day of April
in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty
one.

County aforesaid, the above named Needham Lee
who acknowledged that he signed, sealed and delivered

therein mentioned to the aforesaid Thomas Bailey

This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of July
1820 between Alfred Henderson of the one part and
Matthew L Dixon of the other part both of the town
of Winchester, State of Tennessee. Witnesseth that the
said Alfred Henderson for and in consideration of
the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid
as well as for the natural love and affection which
he has for his sister Eudoria Estill formerly
Eudoria Henderson wife of James Estill hath
bargained, sold and transfered unto the said, Matthew L.
Dixon and his legal representative the following
property, to wit: one mulatto girl named Fanny
about years old, four bed steads and furniture
one bureau, two tables one cup cup board
