104 The State of Alabama Shelby County } in persuance of an order of the Judge of the County Court of the said County of Shelby made the ninth of June eighteen hundred and twenty three I have this 12th day of July 1823 proceeded to expose to said pulic Sale for the estate of John A Moore Deceased of which sale the following is a true account (to wit)

Joshua West _______________________________________ _______________________________________ William Farrells Will I William Farrell Citizen of Shelby County & State of Alabama doe make this my last Will and testament revoking all others and I allow all my lawful debts to be punctually & speedily paid and I allow my beloved wife Agnes Farrell to have the whole disposal of all my estate real & personal during her life except such things as will be here after mentioned my wife agnes is to have the choice of one

105 of the beds and furniture, and her choice of one of the horse beasts & divide of the shelf furniture and plantation tools to make a coop, my movable property & crop will be sold on a reasonable credit to pay debts in perticular a note of hand givin to my son Robert for four hundred and fifty Dollars and a note of forty Dollars which is all I owe to any of my children . any property that may be on hand at my wifes decas I allow her to have the disposal of it and at my wifes death or before if she thinks proper so to doe, my landed property is to be equally divided between Sarah, William & John and Sarah is to have a Warrantee title to her third as well as the boys and I forbd setling by law on any on any pretence whatever, Sarah is to have her beds and furniture and other things that her Mother knows were named to her in my lifetime I constitute and appoint my dearly beloved wife Agnes Farrell to be my Executrix of this my last Will and & testament Signed Sealed and acknowledged in the presence of us Intertened before signed this twentieth day of August in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and twenty five J J Evans William Farrell [Seal wax] John Oldham Thos W Smith
