FEBRUARY 1919 SATURDAY 8 Received algebra & book keeping book from Educational office. Warned for duty at Brussels. Left Charleroi 2.30p arrived Brussels 5.30 moved to H.P.C. where billeted for night: After tea took walk up main street of Brussels. Visited YMCA where had supper - most magnificent building: Rec'd 2 letters from Micky dated 20th & 21 Jan: wrote letter to Micky from YMCA Charleroi.

SUNDAY 9 5th after Epiphany Went for stroll up to Bouvelard. After dinner visited one of the many beautiful parks in Brusselles: There to our great joy saw hot house containing all the Aussie plants: Also specimens of various Aussie timbers: After tea went to new billet. 1st Aust. Div. leave club: wrote letters to Micky & Rose.
