with carpet to make it soft for the knees
while kneeling down to weed.

Some one remarked that an oil-cloth mat,
padded, was good to kneel on.

We were told there will be an eclipse of
the moon on the 23rdof April, & there
will not be another on seen here for 50 years.
There will be plenty of time for some of us
to see the next one!

The poultry report showed us with a gain
over last year, in the chicken family, we
have 593 chickens while 1920 only gave
us 159.

Alice Farquhar acted as our assistant sec.
There were good specimens in our collection,
and a table of beautiful flowers.
Invercauld and The Cedars had the
largest display. Cousin Ellen had a wonderful
tomato plant potted, the seed having
been planted in Jan.; her lovely hyacinths
deserved mention also.

$3.46 was reported in the treasury.
This was the time to appoint some
one to collect the dues (15¢ from
each family) Mary M. Stabler was
named.
