(8)Mr. She suggestedmoved that floor cover in kitchen be changed to a new one so that up-keep would be easier. But not enough votes were avilable to carry the motion.

(9) Manager will ask the police dept to patrol the parking lot of this house as that the often times parking space are occupied by outsiders

(10) Shao suggested that Big house duty to be done on Saturday afternoon, Apr 8, 1962. Roland Chan suggested specifically the paint spots in bath room on 1st floor be cleaned away

(11) Shao asked volunteer to take over the donuts business. No response.

(12) Shiue moved that parking spaces be alloted to each car owner. Motion was seconded and voted to carry out.

(1) All except Mr. Yen, Thomas will continue their residences in the house. Mr. Yen, Thomas is not yet sure whether he will stay. (2) Warner Lee will leave not be here between quarters (3) Election of officers for summer '62. (a) Manager 1st voting: T.C. Lee: 4 H.Y. Yee 2 C.S. Tsai 6 no one had votes exceed majority (6) no one had the necessary majority vote (7) 2nd voting: T.C. Lee 4 C.S. Tsai 8 Result: C.S. Tsai will serve as manager in summer '62.

(6) Treasurer: M. L. Liou and H. Y. Yee declined the nominations. T. C. Lee was the only one candidate. Result: Mr. T. C. Lee had 11 votes thus will serve as Treasurer for summer 1962.

(4) Mr. C. S. Tsai proposed to elect a social chairmain for nest quarte. However, after discussion it was concluded this matter can best be handled in the 1st meeting of next quarter.

(1). Chinese-American Dancing party: On 23rd July, 62, In the Club House About half of the girls are from Stillman Hall, the rest are from Hong-Kong.

(2). A Farewell Party for the members who are moving out the house during the summer or right after the summer: Warner Lee, Max, Roland Chen. On 20th August, 62. In the Club House (3). A Reception for Dr. C.S. Chien (钱思亮博士）, president of National Taiwan Univ. Some non-members participated On Sept. 6th, 62. In the Club House.

(4). A Reception for Dr. T.D. Lee (李政道博士） Nobel Prize Winner of 1957. The pleasant talk by Dr. Lee is very much appreciated. On Sept. 10th, 62. In the Club House.
