Matters discussed: (1) Rent of room #3: The rent of room 3 is $75.00 per quarter according to the latest constitutionRules of the Chinese Students' Clubhouse. But according to Treasurer's Record-book, the rent of that room had been $70 per quarter since 1960. There is no way to settle this except voting. So we did. The first voting was a five to five draw.
After discussing for af about fifteen minutes on this matter, a second voting was needed in order to have this problem settled right away. This time it was seven to on in favor of $70 per quarter.

Conclusion: The rent of Room 3 will, from now on, be $70 per quarter.
(2) 楊維訓 has decided to leave this house on April 26, 1963. The meeting discussed the matter how to settle this vacancy, who should fill up this vacancy and how?
Conclusion: No matter who moves in to substitute for Mr. Yang, if he is not the first one in the waiting list, he must leave this house in the summer quarter in order to make room for those in front of him on the waiting list if they desire to move in at the beginning of summer quarter. Since nobody moved in, Yang moved back.
(3) Mr. Chu moved that the house should sponsor a picnic, no body seconded.
