A MEChA newsletter is needed. an emblem that would identify us as MEChA or Chicanos should be drawn. Enrique will try to draw one that suits the whole community.

X Immigration Project

Celso is working on a project concerning illegal aliens. There will be seminars on how to prepare papers for the undocumented Chicano in E. Palo Alto.
