As soon as the Corporal returns & reports that there is nothing extraordinary the outer Gate is to be unlocked; but should any Body of Troops be perceived by the Party. The Wicket is immediately to be locked & a report made to the Captain of the main Guards: during the opening & shutting of the Gates all the Guards are to continue under Arms & the Officers to be at their heads. 18th.
