Guano right hand of Path by middle Barn
& then the left expect to scatter Guano both
sides of the Path before we lay it by
Fed sho[e]making for me & Jacob –
Tremendous hard Rain about night of this
day washed very much Tobacco overflowed
25 Nannie went with Mrs Coleman home to
day no rain at Mrs Hunts hardly, but
as hard an one here & washed as much as
I ever saw. Kate & Jerry went to Mr Fitz.
geralds yesterday not returned yet we rep
=lanted Tobacco yesterday shelled Corn etc
26 Sent Jordan with Hester to Faris
& he carried 8 Bus Corn for meal & 2 Bags 4
Bus. to bring home besides making 12
Bushels in all Fencing this morning
& then Cutting wheat Picking wool
30th June very Hot fair weather, Laying by
Corn dewing Guano by middle barn in Chick
Corn weeding down Lot Tobacco etc put
Rye in House yesterday Plowing lot
Tobacco etc. Plowed Tobacco on branch by House
July 2nd Halling up wheat Plowing Tobacco
on branch & above House Swapt Logan
to Mr Robt N. Lee for Jenny Lind got $40
Dollars to boot cloudy & like for Rain
will get done halling up wheat except
Lot at home by 12 Oclock to day
