Gentlemen
In obedience to your orders I have had the bond wires of street railways on Seventh & Main and Seventh & Houston examined and found that the Seventh Street line was in pretty bad shape. The main and Houston Street lines was in fair condition. The companies have promptly gone to work and rebonded all defective joints on and between the Houston & 7th and Main & 7th Street crossings
