To the Hon. Mayor & City Commissioners,

Gentlemen:-

We the undersigned petitioners would respectfully ask your Honorable Body that we may be allowed to extend a switcher railway track from the August A Busch & Co. plant, on the east side of Lamar St. to the west side of Cherry St. a distance of 645 feet, and immediately south and adjoining block 3 & 4 Nance Addition, crossing Lamar, Burnett and Cherry Sts, stopping at the west line of Cherry St.
