6. June 8th 1825. Met according to the Constitution and Voted that we adjourn without performing 2d. Voted that Wm. Stearns be not admitted as a Member. 3d Voted that Parker Waldow and be considered as Candidates for this Society. 4d do that we adjourn?

June 15 Met and performed as usual 1st Voted that the 4th Wensday from this be appointed for Exebition of this Society. 2d Voted that Parker and Waldow be admitted as members. 3d Voted that the Society adjourn.

June 22 Met, performed and adjourned

June 29 Met and performed Voted that every member of the Society have the liberty to invite his friends to exhibition. Voted 2dly that Tarnim Newell and Huntington chosen Committee to make preperations for exhibition Voted 3 that the Lock Hart Society be invited to attend our exhibition.

July 6th Met & adjourned

July 13 1825 Exhibition

June 2nd Met and adjourned without performing

Voted 1st that the Soc. pay the bills which Mr Huntington brought against them, which was the expense of the Exhibition.

Voted 2dly that those members only who felt disposed, should defray these expenses.

Voted 3d that Temple and Hobart become members of the Soc.

Voted 4thly that Dearborn Farnum Hackett Newell Palmer Shaw Winslow Huntington and Worcester be dismissed from the Soc.

1 Sept 21 met according to the consution [sic] and performed

2 voted that Emery Shute & Patch be considered as candidates for this society.

3 voted that the time of commencement be at 7 oclock

4 voted that this be the question of Debate at the next meeting

5 vo that we adjourn.

Oct 5 Met and performed according to law Voted that the time for meeting be changed from 7 to 6 2. that this be the question for the next debate vir has the visit of LaFayette to this Country been a benefit 3. that we adjourn

Oct 26 the P Mathean conveined [sic] and performed according to the Constitution

Nov 2 met as usual and performed. That we adjourn

Dec 14th Met and performed Noted 1th that Elliot, Bunker and Salsbury be admitted into the society.

Dec 21th Met as usual Voted 1th that Bent be admitted into the Philo-Mathean.

Dec. 28th Met and performed. 9 Voted 1th that our [position?] in the debates, should concerning the one who performed his part the best.

Jan. 3d 1826 Met as usual. Voted 1th that Mr. Tilman be admitted to this society. do 2d that the Librarian draw up a code of laws relative to the Library. do 3d that the debated be decided by the vote of the Society.

Jan. 10th met and performed. adj.

Jan. 17th met and performed adj. Voted that each member have an opportunity of remarking after the debate.

Jan 25th met as usual. Voted 1st that Mr. Parker be appointed to give the members of the Social Fraternity an invitation to attend the exercises of our Society on the 1 day of Feb.

February 1st met and performed. Voted Brother Pratt President; Shute, Vice President; Bent, Librarian & Mansur to purchase sundries for the Society, which are wanted. 2. Omitted to have been put down at a former Meeting. Voted that Brother Shute purchase some Book to be sold at Auction if any are suitable.

Account of Last Meeting brot over. Voted Mr Champion as a Member. Adjourned to March 1st 1826.

March 1st Met according to adjournment and performed Voted 1st That our time of meeting be altered to ¼ before 7 o'clock P.M. Voted 2d That Mr Abbott be admitted as a member of the Society. Adjourned.

March 8th Met according to adjournment and performed. Voted That Mr Finch be admitted as a member of the Socity. Adjourned.

March 15th Met according to adjournment and performed. Adjourned. Voted Mr Whipple as a member.

March 22 Met according to adjournment and performed. Voted that our compositions should be criticised: and that it should serve as a part instead of composition. Voted that our time of meeting be a 7 o'clock. Adjourned.

March 29th Met according to adjournment and performed. Voted to drop the subject of written criticisms. Adjourned.

April 5th Met according to adjournment and performed. Voted that Mansur and Elliot have leave to withdraw from the Society. Adjourned.
