The hearing on the petition of the Executors for a settlement and allowances of their accounts of administration and for their discharge as Executors having come on for hearing before the Court this 17th day of November 1879, the following named minors, heirs of Joseph A. Young decd to wit; Catherine A. Young, Walter S. Young, Lester K. Young, Eugene J. Young & Junius Young, appeared by Alexander C. Pyper Esq. their General Guardian, and the said Alexander C. Pyper is hereby appointed the Attorney and Special Guardian for said minors, in the hearing on said petition; The following named minors appeared by Hiram B Clawson their General Guardian, to wit: Leo H. Clawson, Walter Clawson and Seldon Clawson]], and the said Hirum B Clawson is hereby appointed their Attorney & Special Guardian on this hearing,

Alonzo Young and Addella E Young minors, appeared by their General Guardian Hiram S. Young, and the said Hiram S. Young is hereby appointed the Attorney and Special Guardian of said last named minors on this hearing. Mary Eliza Croxall and Willard Croxall minors appeared by Mark Croxall their General Guardian and the said Mark Croxall is also appointed their Attorney and Special Guardian on this hearing. Phineas Howe Young a minor appeared by Harrick B. Young General Guardian, and Wm. A. Rossiter is also appointed Attorney & Special Guardian for this hearing, for said minor; Fanny Van Cott Young a minor appeared by her General Guardian Mary Van Cott Young, and Wm. A. Rossiter is also appointed Attorney and Special Guardian for said minor on this hearing. And it is further ordered that Dick Bockholt Esq, be and he is hereby appointed Attorney, to appear for and represent on this hearing, all absentees and persons not personally

served with the citation herein, during the hearing on said petition of said executors.
