In the matter of the Estate of Prest. B. Young decd.

Petition for settlement of a/c filed and discharge by executors Oct 24, 1879 came on for hearing - return of citation on file Henry Snell sworn on the part of Jennette R. Y. Snell objecting to the petition on motion adjourned till 2 P.M. today.

Two P.M. Court resumed its Session.

Mr. Snell examined and ruled out as a competent witness. Mr. W. A. Rossiter sworn and says that he is witness to release said Mrs. Snell sign the same did not sign under protest.

Release of heirs and judgement of District Court offered in evidence.

Will offered in evidence Testimony closed and objection overruled. Petition allowed.

Cannon, Albert Carrington & Brigham Young, executors of the last will of the decd. being each duly sworn, doth each depose and say that the report of the administration of said estate, on file herein, consisting of an account current up to April 30th 1878 & filed on the 13th day of August 1878, an account current from April 30th 1878 to Dec 31, 1878 & filed on the 15th day of Jany. 1878, an account current from Dec. 31, 1878 to Oct. 24 1879 filed Oct. 24, 1879, and the vouchers accompanying the said accounts, also those additional vouchers this day filed marked List "A", List "B" and List "C", said lists showing the disposition of real estae, is a full time

and correct report of the administration of said estate, and fully sets forth all their acts and doings as executors, according to the best of their knowledge and belief.
