In the Matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased

George Q. Cannon, Albert Carrington, and Brigham Young Executors of the last will of said deceased, having filed in this Court their report and final account of the administration of the Estate of the deceased, and their petition for the allowance and confirmation thereof and their discharge as Executors; and the hearing thereon having been fixed for the 17th day of November 1879 at 10 o'clock A.M., and due notice of said hearing having been given as required by law, to all persons interested in the Estate, more than ten days prior to the time fixed therefor; and the hearing on said petition and the matters therein stated having come on before the Court at the time aforesaid; and all minors interested in said Estate having appeared by their several Guardians and Attorneys, and Jennette R. Y. Snell one of the heirs of said deceased having filed an objection to the allowance of so much of the report of said Executors as showed a distribution to her of property valued at $18000, and prayed a further allowance of $3000, as a balance of her equal share on

the previous distribution; and issues having been made on said objection, and the evidence of the parties being condidered, it is now adjudged that the said objection be and the same is disallowed and overruled and the prayer of the petition of said Jennette R. Y. Snell is denied; and due proofs of the report and account of said executors having been taken and considered, and no further objection being made thereto, it is now on motion of Sheek & Rawlins & Bennett and Harkeness, Attorneys for said executors, ordered and adjudged, that the report and accounts of said executors be and the same are hereby allowed and confirmed, and their disposition of the real and personal property of the estate confirmed, including all their acts in the disposition of real estate as shown by "List A" "List B" and "List C" filed with their accounts and as vouchers thereto.

And it is further adjudged and decreed that all the sales and conveyances of real property whatsoever, and the settlement made by said executors with John Taylor Trustee in trust of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, whether conveyances of property held by the testator, Brigham Young decd., in trust, as enumerated and discredited in List "A" filed herein as a part of the final report and accounts of said

executors, or conveyances of property in liquidation of the account presented by said John Taylor Trustee in trust as aforesaid and allowed and approved by said executors and the Probate Judge of Salt Lake County Utah Territory for $999,632.90 less the sum of $300,000 allowed as credit thereon for services of the testator, as described in List "B" also filed herein as a part of the executors report and final account be and the same are hereby ratified, confirmed and declared valid.

And whereas by the said report and accounts of said executors, including accounts of receipts and disbursments from the 24th day of October 1879 to the 17th day of November 1879 as shown by a supplemental account filed and duly proved and allowed, it appears there is now in the hands of said executors property appraised at the sum of one hundred and forty nine thousand three hundred and eighty (149,380) dollars reserved as a fund to support the following named persons during life, to wit: Mary A. A. Young, Lucy A. D. Young, Emily D. P. Young, Clara D. Young, Lucy B. Young, Eliza B. Young, Margaret P. Young, Zina D. H. Young Harriet E. C. Young, Harriet B. Young, Mary Van Cott Young, Susannah S. Young, Eliza R. S. Young, N. K. J. C. Twiss Young, Martha B. Young, H. Amelia F. Young & Augusta A. Young, which property is described as follows;

Part of Lot six (6), Block seventy (70). Plot A, Salt Lake City Survey, commencing at the southeast corner of said lot, running thence north twenty (20) rods; thence west two feet; thence south 1 degree 10', west twenty (20) rods, one (1) foot; thence east eight and three quarter (8 3/4) feet to place of beginning.

Part of lot seven (7), block seventy (70), plot A, Salt Lake City Survey, beginning twelve and one-half (12 1/2 feet north of the south east corner of said lot; thence west, forty-one and one-quarter (41 1/4) feet; thence south twelve and one-half (12 1/2) feet; thence west one hundred and twenty-three and three-fourths (123 3/4) feet; thence north three hundred and thirty (330) feet; thence east one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet; thence south three hundred and seventeen and one-half (317 1/2) feet to place of beginning.

Part of lot eight (8), block seventy (70) Plot A, Salt Lake City Survey, beginning at the north-east corner of said lot thence running south three hundred and seventeen and one-half (317 1/2) feet; thence west one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet; thence north three hundred and seventeen and one-half (317 1/2) feet; thence east one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet to place of beginning.

Part of lot (5) block seventy (70), plot A, Salt Lake City Survey, beginning fifty (50) feet east of the North-west corner of said lot; thence running east one hundred and seven and one-half (107 1/2) feet; thence south (100) feet; thence west twenty-three and one-half (23 1/2) feet; thence north sixteen (16) feet; thence west forty-three (43) feet; thence north twenty-four (24) feet; thence west, forty-one (41) feet; thence north sixty (60) feet to place of beginning.
