GENTLEMEN: I respectfully request an appropriation of $12779.60 to pay claims, Accounts, Pay-Rolls, Contracts, ect., for the Month of August 1907, as per memorandum following.

Audited vouchers for same have been approved and are on file in this office.

At a meeting of the Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, held in accordance with law on Saturday, the 14th day of September, 1907, the following order was duly passed:

Ordered, that the right to be and is hereby granted to the Citizens Railway and Light Company to construct at the intersection of Fifteenth and Rusk Streets in the City of Fort Worth, a connection on a curve between the line of street railway known as the Rosen Heights Street Railway, running North and South on Rusk Street, and the line of the street railway known as the Arlington Heights Street Railway, running East and West on Fifteenth Street, of such character as to permit cars from said Arlington Heights line and the said Rosen Heights line to operate interchangeably on either one of said lines; such curve to be on the East side of the Rosen Heights line and on the South side of the Arlington Heights line. For which said privilege the said Citizens Railway & Light Company has agreed to pay and will pay the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200), the said sum being the consideration for this grant.
