Chutney

15 tomatoes 3 large onions 3 peaches 3 pears 4 apples 3 green peppers

Chop fine.

1 pt. vinegar 1 T. salt 2 c. sugar 2 T. pickling spice (tie in bag)

Boil 3 hrs until thick.

Noodles

1 egg 1 T. water 1 c. flour, scant

Knead well and roll thin.

Knopfle

2 c. flour mixed with milk and water to form a thick paste.

1 or 2 eggs

Put into boiling salt water and bring to a boil.

(Veal Chops - lemon and bayleaf)
