Lemon Tea Drops

Use - 1/3 basic dough

Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.

Combine - 1/2 c. sugar 2 t. lemon juice 2 T. lemon rind.

Sprinkle 1 t. over each muffin

Let rise about 45 min.

375° 20 - 25 min.

Cinnamon Loaf

Use - 1/3 chilled dough. Roll to 16 x 8" rectangle

Sprinkle with - 1/4 c. br. sugar 1 t. cinnamon

Roll as for jelly roll - starting with 8" edge; seal edges and place in gresed pan.

Let rise until double in bulk - about 2 hrs.

375° - 1 hr.

Dinner Rolls

Mold into desired shape

Let rise until double in bulk - about 2 hrs

425° 20 min.
