The undersigned being, and having been one of the sureties for Albert Carrington as one of the executors of the last will and testament of the late Brigham Young, deceased, now comes and prays to be "released from any responsibility on account" of the future acts of the said Albert Carrington, as executor aforesaid, and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray

Territory of Utah County of Salt Lake Probate Court in and for said county

In the matter of the Estate of Prest. Brigham Young decd. Order releasing sureties etc.

Albert Carrington one of the executors of the estate of President Brigham Young deceased having been cited to appear before this court by an order made and entered on the fourteenth day of April instant; to show cause why Samuel P. Teasdale, W. B. Barton and David O. Calder, sureties on his official Bond should not be released from further liability as such bondsmen and to give others security as such executor; and the said Albert Carrington as executor having appeared that day in obedience to said order, and made no objection to the granting of the application of said S.P. Teasdale, W.B . Barton and David O. Calder to be released from further liabilities on said bond as prayed for; and it being made to appear to the court that there were no good reasons existing why said applicants should not be released according to their petitions [?] in severally filed. It is hereby ordered that the said Samuel P. Teasdale, W. B. Barton and David O. Calder and each of them
