To Hon. Elias Smith Judge of the Probate Court of Salt Lake County Utah Territory

The undersigned heirs of Brigham Young deceased and legatees under his last will and testament by Williams & Young their attorneys now here move the said Judge to issue a citation to George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington the executors of the said last will and testament, requiring each of them to appear forthwith before the said court and render an exhibit under oath, fully and completely showing the amount of money received and expended by them as such executors, the amount of all claims presented against said estate and the names of the claimants and all other matters necessary to show the conditions of said Estate

In the matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased

Samuel P. Teasdale W. B. Barton and David O. Calder sureties on the bond of Albert Carrington one of executors of the estate of the said deceased having filed in the office of this court petitions severally praying to be released from said bond as sureties thereon in consequence of the future acts of the said executor it is ordered that the estate issue citations to the said Albert Carrington executor as aforesaid requiring him to appear at the County Court House, Salt Lake City, on Monday the 22 day of April instant at 10 am and to give other sureties as such executors as provided for by law
