In the matter of the Estate of President Brigham Young Decd. Order releasing Oscar B. Young Et al sureties in Estate B. Young

Oscar B. Young, A. Young, M.M. Young, Louisa W. Y. Ferguson, Marinda Y. Conrad, Nabbie Y. Clawson, Eva Y. Davis, Lucy B. Young Clara D. Young, Elizabeth Ellsworth, Vilate Decker Fanny C. Thatcher, Zina Young, [Ella E. Young?] and H.S. Young, came and filed a petition [?] on the fifteenth day of April inst praying to be released from responsibility on account of the future acts of Brigham Young one of the executors of the estate of President Brigham Young deceased on whose official bond they allege they are severally sureties. On the same day the said Brigham Young executor of said estate in a communication to this court announced his readiness to give all the security that might be required of him and executors of said estate without citation as provided for by law. And upon consultation thereof and being fully advised on the premises it is ordered that the said Oscar B. Young, A. Young, M.M. Young, Louisa W. Y. Ferguson

Nabbie Y. Clawson, Eva Y. Davis, Lucy D. Young, Clara D. Young, Elizabeth Ellsworth, Vilate Decker, Fanny C. Thatcher, Zina Young, Ella Empey and H.S. Young be and they are hereby released and discharged from all future liability from any subsequent act, default on account of the said Brigham Young as one of the executors of the estate of the said deceased. On motion of Alfales Young, M.M Young Oscar B. Young Vilate Decker and Elizabeth Ellworth the heirs to said by their attorneys Williams & Young it is ordered that a citation issued to George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young, and Albert Carrington executors of the estate of Brigham Young deceased requiring them to appear in this court at any [?] and render an exhibit under oath showing the amount of money received and expended by them, the amount of all claims presented against the estate and the names of the claimants and of all other matters necessary to show the condition of the affairs of said estate April 17th 1878
