Starch for Size
To make a sure thing in preparing starch let the water stand at 135 Deg in the Barrell then put in one Pailfull of starch then one Pailfull of water till 4 of each are added
Good size will have a good scum on the top after standing over night which must be taken off before useing.
Yeast
Take one pailfull of Water add 1/2 pailfull of Flour
For 50 Looms
Two Pailfulls of prepard starch 2/3 [illegible] Water at 116 Deg { then boil it to 190 degrees

Multiply the lengh of the warp by the wealth in inches required at the read and that product by the number of ends in an inch for a dividend, then multiply the number of yards in one hunk by the number of hanks in the pound of twist for a divisor and the quatent will be the weight of the warp (To find the weight of a work)
If a girl weaves 36 yds on one loom in one day in four weeks she will weave 108 besides her board at 17 ets per cent leaves her $3.34 per week If a girl weaves 36 yds on one loom in one day in four weeks on four looms she will weave 86 cents at 18 ets per out leaves besides her board $2.62 perweek 86 cents and 16 yds in 4 weeks
