Trustees.
Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary, the Trustees of the Pros. of the Cemy. of Mount Auburn met at the house of Mr Bond the Treasurer on Present Messrs Bigelow, Bond, Brown, Gould & Read.
In the absence of the President Dr. Bigelow was chosen chairman of the meeting.-
Treasurers Report._
The Treasurer then made his report, accompanied by a statement of Mr. Russell, the Superintendent.
Voted. To accept the Treasurers Report & that the Secretary lay the same before the Corporation at their next annual meeting,-
Voted. To adjourn sine die.-

Mount Auburn Cemetery
The annual meeting of the Pros. of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held on at the Rooms of the Horticultural Society in Boston to choose Trustees for the ensuing year, to hear the report of the Treasurer, & to act on any other business which may come before the said meeting

Proprietors 1837
Pursuant to the above notice, which was published in Evening Transcript, a news. paper printed in Boston, seven days before the said time of meeting, the Pros. of the Cemy of Mount Auburn meet at the time & place therein designated. In the absence of the President the Hon. John Davis was chosen President pro tem.[?]
Trustees chosen.
The following gentlemen were then chosen by ballot Trustees for the ensuing year. Messrs Joseph Story, George Bond, Jacob Bigelow, Benjm A. Gould, Charles Brown, Charles P. Curtis, Joseph P. Bradlee, James Read Benjm R. Curtis
Treasurers Report.
The Secretary then submitted the Treasurers report which was as follows.-
The Treasuerer begs leave to present the following statement of receipts & payments for the year ending this day.
There remained in his hands on 1 Jan. last 1210.74 sales of 119 Lots & additions to other Lots 10594.83 Deduct debts incurred previous to June 30 1835 97.63 Also allowed for current expenses 1400.00 1497.63 - 9097.20 Dividends on $2700 Bank Stock 93.00 Rec.d on old debts, & to credit T. C.P. Curtis, B. R. Curtis, Gould & Story, who all signified their acceptance of the office of trustee, Voted. To proceed to the choice of officers for the ensuing year & that they be chosen at the same time on one ballot.
Officers elected.
Mr Bond having collected the votes, it appeared that The Hon. Joseph Story had eight votes for President & he was declared to be elected: that Geo Bond Esqr had the same number of votes for Treasurer & he was declared to elected; that Benjm R. Curtis Esqr. had the same number of votes for Secretary & he was declared to be elected.
Comees
Voted. That the powers & authorities of all Committees of the board now in existence be continued.
Pay for Deed
Voted. That future purchases of Lots be required to pay one dollar for their deed & the recording thereof.
Plans of Monuments
Voted. That Dr. Bigelow & Geo Bond be a comee to procure suitable plans of monuments, at an expense not exceeding one hundred dollars.
