7:30-10 [yellow]Work on Listing of PA on plane[/yellow]

10-11:30 Get Car. [yellow]LTD [Yuk?][/yellow] Goto Dick + Pat's [yellow]Not a fun reception.[/yellow] Yawn. WOrk some more. Sleep.

Why go to LA now? Labor Day I need to play. I want to do a gay resort. Cloudy in Seattle. Have to before SF and can't go next few weekends because: next weekend will be boring in OC, next is Joan Rivers, next is too close to time to goto Drumms for closing.

FRIDAY, AUG 31

7:30-9 Up, shower, eat

9-1:00 Lunch at Hobo Joes

1:45-3 Sit at pool. Read InfoWorld.

3-3:45 Read [Mozart?] at [Pool?] [yellow]*** Realize I'm locked out.[/yellow] I must've subconsciously taken the "subkeyring" off the main one *** Starve till Jorge comes with burger + shake *** *** Pat says "he" was in middle in middle of a routine***

So I finally called Mom + Dad to let then know I was here + tried calling Rik Callista. No answer.

Read Mozard some more.

7:30 Pat comes home. Get cleaned up. Goto [yellow]Garden District[/yellow] to eat. I was very quiet. Same vibes with this group. [yellow]Why do they hang on to me. Why not let me find other friends I'll enjoy.[/yellow]

10-11 Goto Numbers. Yawn.

11-12 Goto Melrose + "One." Walk. Drake's. Drakes is a porno store with a "neon crack" down the middle of the front of the building!

12-2 Backlot. Jorge, Dick + Pat go home. See [yellow]Glenn C + entourage +[/yellow] Cary Sjoblom. As usual, [yellow]no one asks me to dance,[/yellow] and it is like Brass Conn on grand scale. Go home by 2:00.

SAT, SEPT 1

7:45 - 8:45 Clean up + write up last few days.

8:45 - LA is the same as the lsat time. There's very little I want to do here in [yellow]LA.[/yellow] Got it out of my system + had [yellow]a full share of bad vibes. Dick + Pat are too wierd together.[/yellow] Individually wonderful, but so different, that neither can be himself.

I've decided to definitely go to Orange County. At least get out of Pat + Dicks ASAP. Remember last Sat Night here. [yellow]Studio was too crowded. I still don't like Revolver. Numbers is for those over 40. Greg's isn't much fun on Saturday Nights.

I want to do a gay resort.[/yellow] Fire Island would've been too far. So let's try Laguna and maybe I'll meet someone nice from SF.

LA is maybe ok, but I'm not having good time. LTD, losing keys, Dick + Pat combo. [yellow]Let's get out of here + start fresh.

9-10 Eat at hobo Joes. Call Rik C.

10-10:30 Come home. See Dick + tell him RIk + I are going to Laguna. (So that means Dick can't share hotel w/me.)

10:30-12:30 Head for Jim Morris + workout. [yellow]Glenn + Ken were there. Also boring.[/yellow]

12:30 -2:15 Lie in sun. Read Mozard. Eat snack. See Mark (Big Dick) [yellow]Ambrosia.[/yellow] He's also stunning but boring as ever. Says he's never been to Laguna, never celebrates Labor Day, just works, goes to gym, goes home. That is too big a price to pay for a BD.

2:15-3:15 Finish workout. Before I felt that the gym was [yellow]"impersonal."[/yellow] Very white/gray/black, not earthy like a Muscle Systems. I've also noticed very few "groups" of people woh talk much while exercising. This illustrates the lack of a [yellow]sense of community in LA.[/yellow]

3:15-4:15 Back to Dick's. Packup. [yellow]God, it feels good to leave here. Place is a mess, [comment]Dirty dishes in sink[/comment] and all that negative artwork (Deteriorata + [lunk?] group [posters?]), formica cupboards, foam pillows, wrestlers on TV + MTV, smoking dope ("When bangs are outlawed...), so many old people at [peal?], gated roadways, industrial neighborhood.[/yellow]
