In the matter of the Estate of Prest. B. Young deceased
To the Hon. Elias Smith Probate Judge in and for said County
Your petitioner respectfully represents that he is one of the sureties to the official bond of Albert Carrington one of the Executors of said Estate, and that he now desires to be released from said responsibility on account of his future acts as Executor.
Your petitioner therefore prays that a citation be issued to said Executor in accordance with section 810 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, and that the relief desired may be granted.

In the matter of the Estate of President Brigham Young decd
Order discharging sureties
John Clark and Thomas V. Williams sureties on the bond of Albert Carrington one of the Executors of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased having made application praying to be released from responsibility on account of the future acts of the said Executors. The court [?] examination of the bond filed [?] by the said Executors finds that the aggregate amounts for which the sureties thereon severally justified far exceeds the amount for which the same was required to give by the order of the court. Consequently it is deemed unnecessary to issue a citation to the said Executors requiring them to appear and to give other security as specified by the statute in such cases made and furnished and it is ordered hereby without further proceedings in the premises, that the said John Clark and Thomas V. Williams be and they are hereby fully discharged from all future liability for any subsequent act, default

or misconduct of the said Albert Carrington, as Executor of the said Estate.
