James P. Freeze and David O. Calder Sureties to the foregoing bond of Albert Carrington as one of the Executors of the Estate of President Brigham Young deceased, being first duly sworn according to law, each for himself, on oath deposes and says that he is a freeholder resident within the Territory of Utah, and worth the amount of Ten Thousand dollars over and above all of his debts and liabilities, exclusive of property exempt from execution.
