Young Sureties to the foregoing bond of Brigham Young as one of the Executors of the Estate of President Brigham Young deceased, being first duly sworn according to law, each for himself, on oath deposes and says that she is a freeholder resident within the Territory of Utah, and worth the amount of Ten Thousand dollars over and above all of her debts and liabilities, exclusive of property exempt from execution.
