03. Executor Bonds

Know all Men by these Presents:

THAT, I, Emeline A. Young of Salt Lake City, now residing in San Francisco Cal. have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Heber P. Kimball of Salt Lake City, Utah, my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name, place and stead, to sign my name to any documents in connection with the settlement of the Estate of my deceased mother Emeline Free Young, and especially to sign a document authorizing the reappraisment of the property mentioned in her will as having come to the children of the said Emeline Free Young from ther father and I fully authoize him to aper for me and in my name place and stead & sign all and any papers authorizing and directing the reappraisment of any and all property comming to me and my brothers and sisters of the whole [????] either from our late father or mother and I agree to stand by any arrangement made by my said attorney for me in that or those regards, and to take accept and hold my share of the property under and agreeable to any arrangement made by him.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

BLAKE, a Commissioner of Deeds for the Territory of Utah duly appointed Commissioned and residing in the City and County of San Francisco State of California personally appeared the within named

whose name is subscribed to the annexed Instrument as a part of thereto, personally known to me to be the individual described in and who executed the said annexed Instrument, and the said Emeline A. Young, acknowledged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
