This certifies that we have examined the books and accounts of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of Mount Auburn, for the year ending December 31, 1858, and have found them correctly kept and properly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers for all payments charged.

The Certificates of Stocks and other evidences of property were found in accordance with the statements in his accounts.

Repair Fund

This Fund arises from sums received by the Trustees from Proprietors, and invested under their direction; in consideration of which, the Corporation guarantees the Perpetual Repair of their Lots, or where the sum is insufficient to warrant them in so doing, appropriates the income earned to that purpose.

The Treasurer has in his hands belonging to this Fund the following property - viz:
