9:30 Got up and showered and had breakfast (2 for 1) at Deluxe on 55th with Sunday and Lance, then Bill and I saw them off, went to QFC for beach food, and went to Madison Beach.

3:15 Leave for home

3:45 Bill & I go to gym

6:00 Come home, get claned up.

Dinner at Rain City Grill.

9:30 Movie "About Last Night". Good.

Come home. Very fully day.

Not feeling inspired.

To bed since Bill must study tomorrow, but he was very nice to me in bed. Good sex. We're so out of sync. Was it my generosity at dinner??

8:00 Wake up & clean up.

Feeling much better.

10:00 Take Bill home. Relief.

Good friend, but not boyfriend.

Yesterday was full but not inspiring. Something missing.

I suppose I want a professional, but I've got to become fun first?

V. Park was pretty but not very interest regarding people.

Talk w/Don Titus & Mike Brown, and Mike & Cliff, and Cap Sparling.

Nice looking people, but inaccessible.

4:00 Back to park. Meet big, blond Sean from LA. I was not superfriendly or nice about LA. Too bad for me.

Talk to Ray Wood awhile too.

5:00 Dinner. Turkey & spaghetti.

6:00 Go running at park w John Dunn.

5:30 Go home. Clean up.

8:00 Tugs. See Aaron briefly outside.

Sunny day like yesterday

6:30 Wake up. Feel somewhat unfulfilled or unsatisfied from yesterday's randomness.

But I did get a lot of new info from yesterday's socialness.

Yet I also realized

1) After 4 years I have no close friends here, nobody who is like me: professional, gay, good looking, etc

2) In one more month, winter will be setting in. April & May were crummy this year. So only good months here are June, July & August.

Plan vacation after release #1.

8:30 Go to work. Work all day on cow conversion

4:30 Leave for No on 10 fundraiser at Tower Club.

Very high up. Everything else even Space Needle looks small.

Charles Royer, Audrey Gruber and Laura Autshult speak.

Very, very pretty space. But I dislike wearing coat & tie.

7:45 Leave for dinner with Pete Korfiatus, Bob & Mary Jean at Ray's downtown. I talk very little, but it was OK.

Andy Shields lover Ed died Friday.

Pete smokes so much, and so does Mary Jean. Gosh!

Bob lives in a dump, and I'm mindless. (Just temporarily due to wknd) What a group!

11:00 Home & to bed.

One call on machine from David Burns and two from Bill Farrell. None from Dan D, but I saw him walking downtown.

Messy. Ends up hanging up on me.

8:30 Go to work. Brian fixes 3 major bugs in scrollbars, and I finish menu selection stuff, and other little things.

Dinner and watch Deliverance

10:00pm Talk w/Bill. Not going on cruise.

10:30 Out to Sporks Christmas in July and Neighbors, looking for friends, people with cars & jobs & bodies.

Why should tonight be any different, to have no such friends after 4 years.

11:30 Go to bed

Call Bill after dinner.

9:45 He comes over for walk and I tell him I think we should cool it for now but keep doing things occasionally. Yay! Good!

11:00 Get milk for breakfast

9:30 Up & go to breakfast at Bill's getting sweet rolls at Schumachers.

Feeling pretty good.

Drive out to Index.

Get map to Dorothy Lake and have hard time finding it, even turning back, and then seeing others go by, and so we turned around.

But Bill doesn't like Whitney Houston or Patsy Cline. He likes rock & the tapes he brought were not too good for me.

Very pretty alpine hike.
