Monday 15 Sept Went to Santons in morning Saw Levis Steect(?) new thrasher -----------16----------- Went to see John Mackey Gathered Lobelia siphilitica Dose - Handful with quart boiling water - taken 1/2 pt every 4 hours or 1 gill every 2 hours - not to take any ale, beer, portes or w(?) that will ferment in the stomach - Frost this morning ----------17------------- Cool in morning Worked in shop - Dan Jr. came down - Note for 150 date 18 @ 90
